Just my own personal opinion here...while that might happen to some properties as soon as March 2009, like 9/11, the current economic situation did not fully develop until toward the end of the year. If it continues well into 2009, then I would expect a larger group of properties to drop in category in March 2010. YMMV.
Otherwise, if the economy recovers quickly, then like 9/11, the overall effect may only have a minimal impact in the categories shifting one way or another.
