To answer the original question, I have been told that YYZ is NOT a port from which
commercial shipments may be made, regardless of paperwork. I have tried to take
samples from my business ( which fit in normal suitcases) to the US; and have been
refused unless I mutilated them to make them unfit for sale. They would not allow
a commercial entry at YYZ.

I agree with the previous posters who urged you to send it Fedex,
