Out of sheer curiousity, how tall are you?

Seriously though, all E+ seats should have 36" seat pitch. The only explanation I can think of is that the maintenance crew unbolted the seat from the tracks for maintenance and when they reinstalled the seats, they didn't check to see if it was at the right pitch.
