Yes, You are right kudzu. I expect few more transcons next year as well as at least one transatl flight (plus redeeming reward to South Asia with my wife). I just looked and I will be at 92k right now so one transcon would almost get me there.
It just might be less expensive to call US for the purchase option, as opposed to taking the flights. I checked into some flights for the end of this year and it would be cheaper for me to purchase status than to fly for it.
