You'd be surprised how many CPs there are out of CLT and not on FT!

iztok flies out of CLT hub, and on popular routes heavy with business travelers, he may well miss an upgrade or two as PP.

Also, there's the 24/7 CP Desk and the angels there, but that's been well discussed before.
