As far as I understood you created a new WP account with a US address.
If you ask them to change your address into a European one, they will propose you wether to close your WP account or to transfer miles on your FB account. The risk is that they realise that you did it once already and they would just cancel WP account. It means that you would loose your 7000 miles.
Such a shame...
