You are correct, Jet Airways has a dedicated lounge in BRU, with 2 sections, F & J. No first hand experience, but from what I hear, this is the nicest lounge in BRU.

Interesting to see they send their elite travelers to BA lounge if not traveling in F or J.

Not that this helps the OP...
