Don't know if its been mentioned before or if anyone is interested, but feeyo.com, specifically pic.feeyo.com has helped me find seating specs and arrangements in the past for the chinese airlines.

haven't found seatmaps though, only pics and blogs so far...and only chinese, no english language for the pic website.
