As for others, not that I know of in CDG but if you're headed out into Europe I know of smoking lounges at Madrid, Helsinki, Rome, there used to be and still possibly are smoking areas in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf (seems a few German airports still have them possibly more than the two I mention). They are becoming extremely endangered but from time to time one does find a welcome surprise...
