The premium Y cabin (rows 17-19 on the 777-300ER) had a total 24 seats and only 10 passengers counting myself and Ms. TFD.
BTW - The service quality (frequency, smiles, courtesy, willingness to get you what you want when you want it) in NH Y was better than service than I have had on ANY DL or UA in Y or C in the last 18 months.

Fantastic, and congrats on your experience with NH Premium Economy. Question for you if I might ask - what fare class was the original booking? I wonder if the outcome might have depended on the fare bucket...
