MOA is real easy for me to get to (I live in Bloomington off of Old Shakopee Rd). I hear Uptown has some good areas.

Shame it's cold, otherwise plenty of good places on Nicollet Mall downtown.
The I-494 strip & 7th Ave. going into St. Paul seem to be the best bets for FlyerTalkers. We've done several @ the Outback in Bloomington. Downtown would be a negative. Most of us don't get too excited about the MOA; it takes too long to park & find your dinner.
