if it indeed is the failure to pick a seat online 3 months ago that cost me this upgrade, thats even more infuriating. don't you think UAL that if i'm requesting an upgrade, i'd like a SEAT to go with it?

that is, because i had a seat in E+ before i was upgraded. so why wouldnt i automagically be assigned one in C.
