W is what it showed on my booking.
did not have confirmed seat assignment as seats were not avail when i purchased and forgot to do seats until online check in that am. and then got the "check in at airport" message.
i was 2nd or 3rd on the "confirmed-wait for seat assignment" at the gate. i did have a printout of the confirmation and the gate agent refused to do anything about it.
is it worth calling the 1K line and .....ing?
