I've tried a search for this in the forums, but I can't seem to find anything. Or perhaps I'm too much of a newbie, or something.

Trying to book a last-minute Christmas holiday flight from LHR-YYZ using some MCO vouchers that we received from the summer. Was speaking with AC reservations in London today, and lady said that during the booking process, she would discount the booking price by the amount of the voucher, but that they would not release (or mail me I guess) the tickets until they had the vouchers in hand. She explained that I had to mail them in via post to their reservations office - and the 12GBP booking fee would be waived as well, she said.

My question I suppose, is whether or not I can change these MCO vouchers into something that I can use online, rather than mail them in to the reservations team, who would then mail me the tickets...and so on.
