I have 95 minutes to connect through JFK immigration and security on a BGI-JFK-LHR routing on November 28th. I'll have no bags and would not usually worry about making the connection as long as the flight leaves BGI on time. My question is will it be quicker or slower than average on Friday - by being in the middle of the holiday period there should be less people travelling but will Immigration/Customs/TSA have fewer staff working which could actually mean all the processes take longer? It's more critical than usual as there is no AA116 option at 11.30pm on the 28th, nor the daylight JFK-LHR flight on the 29th, as insurance.
