Were the routings that you tried showing as available on the ANA web site? If so you were were hit by the Starnet blocking.

Best bet is to find 2 or 3 options that show on ANA as available and then ask the UA agent try each one to see if UA shows it as available. Make sure the agent looks segment by segment.
