Thank you for the nice comment about SeatExpert.com, we know that there is still a lot of work to be done, and are just grateful that we have a chance to do a better job for you.
I will discuss with Randy whether we could do some kind of user feedback such as general public comment on the site, although there might be some restriction due to conflict of interest issues with the FlyerTalk forum. The current owner of FlyerTalk - Internet Brands' contract with FT probably would have a final say on if and how SeatExpert.com handles user comments.
I have flown quite a bit on HP, being Platinum for at least a couple years, and only occasionally on US metal. We will fly US if we must, in order to get the accurate seatmap information. However, we also have to prioritize our limited resources to work with airlines that actually care about working with us.
