Google Maps would be fine for me! I always have my camera with me and if I see a large city that makes for an interesting shot I take a photo.

On a related note does anyone know of a tool that allows you to overlay a flight map (say off Flightaware) onto Google Maps and allow zooming in and out? Or perhaps a flight tracker that puts the course on a good map so when I get home I can figure out an interesting feature I flew over? Thanks ^
