Hi, just flown from Shenzhen to Changsha having transited from HKG to SZX.

Went for the bus in HKG (just follow signs for "mainland bus"). There are actually quite a few services to SZX it would appear, there were at least 3 different companies offering tickets. I had missed the 8.45 so I was really please (and surpirsed) to find a 2hr bus transit at 9.05. Bought the ticket (HKD180) and went to the relevant gate only to find it had just left

So, back to the counter to get a refund (their next service was 10.00 which was cutting it fine) and was sold a Skylimo ticket by another company. This was a little more- HKD250 but claimed to be one and half hours and was leaving at 9.15.

Took the Skylimo, basically a 8-9 seat nice people carrier. The benefit of this (as a private car) is that you don't have to get out of the car at all. Just smile at the relevant border guard inspections and through you go in the car (this is the same company that does the Huang Gang - HKG service and operates the same way)

Got to SZX in one and half hours and very comfortable and easy. As you look at the counters selling the tickets Skylimos it the one on the left
