A hotel that is in the MFN has an obligation to not let you go hungry at any time. If you arrive at 10 PM, and all hotel dining options end at 9 PM, as often happens in the MFN, and there is no civ in the vicinity, the hotel staff had damn well better be willing to delve into the refrigerator and make you a sandwich or a snack.
