I often fly in economy and get Priority Tags on my checked bags as an UA Elite on AC flights. Most of the time my bags are in the first wave... except YYC. Calgary has the worst baggage handlers and Customer Service Reps at Counter Service admit it. I have had over 25 flights into YYC this year, and have NEVER had my bags off first (priority).

If you are flying into YYC and can stuff everything in a carry-on, you may want to consider that option if you are in a hurry.

And yes, I have sent notice to AC and they respond with a lengthy letter saying they will try improve. I am still waiting.
