1. Hotels in the wilds with no restaurants around but fast food and their own restaurant and lounge is closed on Sunday, and of course it's Sunday and I don't have a car.

2. Arrranging for a late check out, posting the Do Not Disturb sign, and still having houskeeping knocking at 12:00.

3. A second floor room and no elevator.

4. Manager's receptions that are only one day a week, not the day I'm there.

5. A complimentary drink coupon for their bar that looks and smells like a pool hall. Sorry, not good for room service.

6. Long gloomy, smelly hallways and poor signage.
