IMO its gonna get alot Worse before it really gets better

Blackstone it now ends up due to the state of the Worlds economy, grossly overpaid and will have some very large Nuts coming due.

I guess with credit so tight they are gonna look to unload whatever they can in order to raise Ca$h

Since Hilton is a far cry from its Best Times, I would think that those good properties that arent company owned when theuir contracts are up for renewal might feel its best to Reflag under a different chain altogether

thats why I didnt go after Diamond again for '09, not only due to those props that already are deflagged but not knowing which others will be doing so in '09. Whatever stays around will be a Waldorf-collection and too many pts for a night at that.

And with the MyWay system now leaving you out in the cold if you chose wrong (want an Up, there is none You Loss and get nothing else) It leaves a very bad taste in my mouth
