The Lounge and amenities

I did not mention the lounge in my previous post. The benefits of the lounge are in the eye of the beholder and what your planned use of it is I guess. This thread has knocked the lounge here and nothing I read was untrue. However, with low expectations I looked at the lounge as a good value.

I use the lounge as a place that saves me some time (or money) to grab food. The lounge was nice looking, had a lot of seating and had a large screen television, but is not as inviting as a cafe outside to spend an hour. But the breakfast had a decent continental spread of yogurt, cereal, toast, pastry, coffee, orange juice and fresh fruit. The workers there were friendly and suggested I take back a plate to my room for a girlfriend who was sleeping in/getting ready.

The snacks were markedly less valuable, but there was cheese and ham, cookies and pastries (not too diverse or interesting). But the snacks were available all afternoon and evening.

I had a plate of bread and cheese in my room each night for free which was nice. There was also wine put on the coffee table next to the cheese, with 2 wine glasses, which I hope was free. It looked just like the one in the mini bar, but I assumed it was free and have not yet been charged.

There is a computer in the lounge available, first 10 minutes are free. If no one is waiting, I can't see how they keep track of those 10 minutes and would think they never actually charge you. I used it for 20 minutes and they did not even notice me. The rate charged after the first 10 minutes is the same as in the business center - $5 pesos per 15 minutes.
