Paris DT (La défense is outside of the city) could have more than one property!
Well I was only responding the premise of your post
But I do agree with you that HH needs to expand the number of properties they have even added quite a few in Italy.
As far the Hilton Strasbourg the property itself is not fantastic, but I think the lounge at least in terms of offerings I think is actually the best in France.
