I also only received an initial 10,000 point 1st use bonus. I called an hhonorvisor and emailed him the copy of the 62,500 point offer showing an initial 20,000 point bonus. He said it would take a week or two for this to be resolved thru AMEX - if they couldn't fix it, he would on his end. Am in my 2nd week now, and will post an update.

End of 2nd week Happy News - 2nd month Amex charges breaking $1500 spend posted 11/18, and on 11/23 this posted
AMERICAN EXPRESS POINT BONUS 30,000 (a Sunday, no less!)
PLUS my 1st months bonus for Amex had 10,000 more points added to the spend bonus to give me the full 62,500 total (have had 4 stays as well). Looks like the Hhonorvisor may have also kicked in 2500 points for my trouble under a SERVICE CENTER ADJUSTMENT.
To recap, here's what I did (if you only get 10k 1st use bonus, and no AMEX point bonus of 10k plus initial spend):
1. call 1800 Hhonors and ask for a supervisor,
2. email copy of screenshot or email offer page you signed up for,
3. get a date this will be resolved by and email back to check up if nothing done by promised date.
