This has happened to me way too many times.
Calling my room when I'm alseep is a bad as hammering on the door. I've had this happen a few times when I've been sleeping in the "local" afternoon.

"We are calling to see if you wanted your room cleaned. It says DND on the door"
"If it says DND, WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME?!"
