I stayed at this property 3 seperate times in the month of September and I thought it odd that the CL lounge was right off the front desk. They told me, at the time, that the CL lounge was under renovation on the 15th floor. Now, I know why it wasn't open because of an crazy GM.
Staff was friendly for the most part though so I'd be interested in hearing your follow up experiences with this property.
It was across from the front desk because they were renovating it behind the restaurant, not on the 15th floor. They wouldn't have told you the 15th floor because it's never been up there, at least not in the last 2 years.
