This is my favourite hotel in Beijing. I have not tried the new Westin yet but I would highly recommend this particular Westin in the Financial District for a great hotel at reasonable rates. The location is not the greatest to do the tourist things but the service and comfort of this hotel more than made up for it. Also, the metro is not too far away from it. I think the hotel was designed more as a business hotel.
