I did get my op-up, though - as usual when I boarded the plane as last passenger and my seat was already taken. I guess they expect to fill the other three seats too but due to the chaos in FRA yesterday people didn't make it in the last minute. Also I saw at least a few other small white seat change receipts instead of normal BPs in the upperdeck.
