You are correct, but that is no reason to show the E seat for all the rows on the right side. They do the same thing with the Beechcraft 1900D. I chalk it up to not really caring to really represent the plane they way it is. Maybe their budget for the web site was slashed. At any rate, it is poor to not have your web site reflect the way things really are.
Little things matter too in the world of customer relations. Why would they be okay with confusing people on which seats are really in the plane?
