Since when do Medallions (whether SDC or not) have to pay for upgrades at the gate? I SDC all the time and clear (or not) at the gate. But never have I seen seats being sold when Medallions haven't been upgraded. It would be a cold day in hell where I paid $150 for an upgrade (or watched a kettle buy one as I sat in Y).
