Got upgraded to Premium Economy by asking!
Hi Folks,
Checked in with Ms. TFD this AM for NRT0010 NRT-->JFK. They handed us seats 32J, 32K. I politely asked "Are there any Premium Economy Seats available?". She asked what my seating preferences were and PRESTO - 19F and 19G boarding passes appeared!
I guess that I got lucky?!
