Alaska no longer a 25K destination?

Perhaps I'm mis-reading the award chart, but Alaska is still grouped with the lower 48, right? The reason I ask - I just tried booking an award seat to ANC (LEX-DTW-SEA-ANC) with the SEA-ANC leg operated by Alaska Airlines. Both the outbound and return dates came up on the DL award calendar with seats available in the "low" tier, but when I went to book it, the cost went up to 35,000 miles. I backed out and re-loaded the award calendar - still shows availability in "low."

So even though Alaska partners with DL, I assume they charge a few extra miles for legs that they operate?
