I tend to give the tickets away usually. Just recently I used about 5 rewards tickets to fly people from 3 different cities to 2 different destination cities to attend my brother's wedding. I haven't heard anything but it's only been about 2 months. I let my brother log into my account and make reservations sometimes. This time he ended up calling to get help on some multi-city thing which I think ended up being an illegal routing or whatever it's called. When he called, he had to conference me in so the Southwest person could verify he had my permission to use the tickets. I told them he pretty much had permission to do what he wanted.
