The questions were mainly around extras and whether you are willing to buy them on board or ahead of time. The funniest one was the blanket and pillow to keep and whether you would pay for it. Food, pay ahead for bags etc. etc. on their list.

It stated at the end that I will receive the 2000 miles within 3-4 weeks.
