I am most certain to fly the carrier designated as UAX out of IAD. If it is Air Wisconsin then so be it. Whether the planes appear old and musty, who cares. These planes will be spruced up and the smell will dissipate. As long as the aircraft is flight worthy and it is UAX, I am on it. ACA, IMO, is making a drastic error here. I think ACA will go the way of Midway Airlines. More power to them but I will no longer take the "wonderful" people movers from concourse D to A after the split occurs. Air Wisconsin can be assured of all my business out of IAD, assuming they are UAX.
