It depends on what you mean by "prepaid." I"m assuming you mean nonrefundable. If that's the case, then no. If you can find a lower refundable rate compared to the best available rate, it should be approved. If you are using a non-refundable rate on a competing website, it would have to be lower than a nonrefundable rate on the wyndham website. I hope I'm not confusing the issue.

Personally, with Wyndham no longer accepting screenshots as proof of lower competing rates, I would be extremely cautious of booking a nonrefundable rate unless I was willing to pay for the room anyway.
