BA believes that offering things by hand is a service and they build in "service touches" into our routines.
On flights in C/W departing after 19.00 or on short over night flights washbags can be given out on the ground otherwise after takeoff. If there is a delay we can offer them before takeoff.
Please feel free to ask for a bottle of water when you want it.
