I want to diversify my miles, which programme?

I value:

1) Upgrades from Y
2) Good service
3) Decent food

I need an airline that follows (1) and I need one that'll go anywhere in the world. It's why I like M&M so much along with UA, but I feel the need to diversify. I will buy a biz tix if the bonus is worth it, and I can get into F without much trouble.

Ideas?
