I got another warning from Southwest
I have been a RR member ever since SWA started flying into PHL. I now fly no other airline. I also steer everyone I know to SWA. I have a RR Visa and accrue award flights faster than I can use them now due to family obligations. I admit, a few years ago I sold a few award flights on ebay and craigslist. Once ebay started shutting them down and I received a written warning from SWA I stopped selling them. Now that I don't sell them I give them to family and friends (I may get an occasional dinner). My last three awards went to my brother in law, my buddy and his girlfriend. I am on the verge of another award. Yesterday in the mail I received another warning from SWA threatening to shut down my account. I did not take too well to this. I called the rep who signed the letter but only got voicemail and no call back. What am I supposed to do? The flights expire in 12 months so I can't bank them. I have 3 young boys so my flying is not what it used to be. I am hoping to make it to Disney within the next year so I will save my flights from now on. If I do give this flight away I fear I will be targeted again. Am I the only one who is supposed to use the flights? Should I go back to US Airways? I am not too happy, what should I do?
