* Charging for internet access

* Limited channels on the tv

* No ability to make tea in the room - coffee is not the only beverage people like to drink

*In the same vein, hot water in the breakfast area that tastes like coffee - is it so hard to keep those containers separate?

*Room service charges plus gratuities plus an extra tip line

*Low pressure in the shower
