But let me point out, I DID know about the UA SFO-CDG $29 glitch as well as the BA glitch before they were corrected and did not try to take advantage of those mistakes, either.

If someone dropped money, I would hope that all of us would pick it up and return it to the owner. However, an airline seat is worthless if it is not sold before the flight takes off. Seeing that people are avoiding Asia because of SARS, it might be safe to assume that most of these seats that we have reserved would not be sold otherwise. Therefore, TA will probably not lose much because of this.
