I was trying to book an trip out of Honolulu for spring break. I tried to book the low fare which was not availabe. The agent told me how overbooked the flights was which was overbooked about 30 passengers at this time. She told me how many passengers the plane could fit and how many passengers it is currently booked. A few agent does this for us, and last time when I asked to check the loads, they only told me it is very full or we cannot do that. Is it hard for United agents to check the loads?
