There is a strike going on in Chile and Aduanas (Customs) is participating.
If the strike is over by next week expect a normal 1.5- 2 hour backup.
If not, get ready for a potentially very long wait as the police sub in for Customs officials. I'm sure the bus company will cancel if it looks unbearable.
