Open jaw's are fine (by phone) as long as you don't try and mix award zones. Oneways are also possible online - in case you want to go a bit further and come back on different miles (maybe by getting a bmi credit card???).

You might also consider TLV, given that's it's the same mileage as Russia but has proper CW.
