I recently flew SQ F from SIN-LAX via NRT. I was really surprised when I saw "puffer fish skin in jelly, salmon roes" offered as one of the dishes in the Kyo-Kaiseki menu. And I am still breathing a week after I have consumed the puffer fish! ^

I'm flying the same route next August in F. I can only hope they still have it!! I need to cross that one off my list.
