Actually, on this flight, 3A also jammed (but was unjammed more easily than 1A). 1K was starting to jam as well but freed itself with a loud "clunk". So, from a cabin of 12 seats, 3 seats were problematic. This I feel is a reasonable reason why I indicated that you should expect the seats in the 74J to jam.
