This is essentially the menu that was presented on BA 269 on November 11. I had the lamb shank but asked the attendant to substitute something else for the cabbage and celeriac (sp?) - what was presented was a superb shank with roasted potatoes and a selection of green beans and carrots. The mushroom risotto is quite nice and the 'autumn' salad with olive oil was good, as well. I don't recall the dessert, to be frank, but I do remember the after dinner port wasn't bad! I continue to travel BA First because of the 'soft product' of in-flight customer service (the only middling, cumbersome service I've had was on a recent LHR-CAI sector) and decent meal.
