There is no need for a boarding pass.

These American Eagle codeshare flights are often slow to post, if at all. Just go to "contact Delta" and find your way to the link to report missing mileage credit. All you need is the date, Delta flight number, departure city, and arrival city. I do this all the time, and I get an e-mail response within a couple of hours.

Edit: I'll even look up the link for you. Here is is:

Just put in the DELTA flight number (don't even need ticket number) and the other fields as I noted above.
